摘要
锅炉水氯离子含量超标,极易破坏水冷壁保护膜而发生腐蚀,同时蒸汽所携带的氯离子也将对汽轮机钢材产生腐蚀损坏,危害极大。针对600MW机组炉水氯离子含量超标的现象,通过对运行数据的分析判断和开展大量有针对性的化验工作,找出了炉水氯离子含量超标的原因是精处理混床氨化运行漏氯。根据现场实际情况分析,现有精处理混床树脂分离度、再生度不能满足氨化运行条件,导致混床氨化运行后释放氯离子,通过转变精处理混床氨化运行方式为氢型运行方式,解决了炉水氯离子超标问题。
When the boiler water chlorine ion content exceed the standard,it will easily damaged water wall protection film and corrosion,and the steam carried by chloride ion also on turbine steel corrosion damage,easy to cause great harm.Based on the phenomenon of the 600 MW boilers water content of chlorine ion exceeds,through the operation data analysis,judgement,large targeted laboratory work are carried out,it found out that the reasons of the boiler water content of chlorine ion exceeds are fine treatment of the mixed bed ammoniation operation leakage chlorine.According to the actual conditions on site,the existing polishing mixed bed resin separation,regeneration degree can not meet the ammoniated operation conditions,resulting in mixed ammoniated operation after the release of chloride ions,by changing the polishing ammoniation operation mode for hydrogen operation mode,solves the problem of boiler water chloride ion standard.
