摘要
目的:针对引起大学生焦虑产生的多种因素,对大学生情绪管理,缓解焦虑从个体发展及外部环境控制上分别提出了具体的建议,为研究高校人格发展理论提供参考。方法:运用SAS问卷对某大学选修健康教育课程的200名学生进行调查。结果:有焦虑倾向的大学生比例为6.5%(13/200),其中男生、女生焦虑检出率分别为为4.2%、12.9%,理科焦虑倾向检出率为5.6%,文科焦虑检出率为7.9%,差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.285,P=0.593),Logistic回归分析显示,学习负担、性格及脾气对学生焦虑的影响具有显著性意义。结论:防治、摆脱焦虑心理的产生,需要大学生个体和学校教育主客观双方面的共同努力,积极的协调与配合。
Objective With the application of SPSS 19 software to analyze major factors of anxiety disorder with a sample of students form a university in Wuhan,this paper provides constructive suggestions to relieve students′ anxiety in terms of individual developments as well as external environmental controlling factors,contributing to the researches on emotional management and personality development theories for university students.Objective A SAS questionnaire survey was conducted among 200 students who had chosen a health education course in a university.Method It showed that the proportion of anxiety-prone students was 6.5%(13 among 200),4.2% and 12.9% for male and female students respectively.The percentage for science and liberal arts students is 5.6% and 7.9%,which implied no significant difference(χ2=0.285,P=0.593).The result of Logistic regression analysis showed that factors such as the burden of learning,personalities and temperaments all had significant impacts on student anxiety.Conclusion To prevent and get rid of anxieties,the paper suggests that joint efforts,active coordination and cooperation between individual students and university education system are vital.
