摘要
目的建立同时测定工作场所空气中二氯甲烷、三氯甲烷、1,2-二氯乙烷、四氯化碳、三氯乙烯和四氯乙烯6种卤代烃类化合物的气相色谱法。方法用活性炭管采集空气样品,二硫化碳解吸后,经DB-5毛细管色谱柱分离,注入带氢火焰离子化检测器(FID)的气相色谱仪进行分析,以保留时间定性,峰面积定量。结果六种化合物在本法条件下分离效果好,相关系数r均在0.9999以上,最低检出浓度为1~5mg/m2,解吸效率为86.1%~96.9%,相对标准偏差0.58%--5.5%。样品在活性炭管中稳定,至少可保存10d。结论该方法具有较好的精密度与准确度,适合于工作场所空气中6种卤代烃类化合物的同时测定。
Objective To establish a gas chromatographic method for simultaneous determination of dichloromethane, chloroform, 1,2 - dichloroethane, tetrachloride, trichloroethylene and tetrachlorethylene in the air of workplace. Methods The air samples were collected with activated carbon tube, desorbed with carbon disulfide, separated on a DB - 5 capillary column and then analyzed by C,4E- FID. The qualitative and the quantitative analyses were carried out based on the retention time and peak area, respectively. Results The separation effects of these 6 components under the condition were good. The correlation coefficients of standard curves were all above 0. 9999, and the detection limits were 1 - 5 mg/rn3~ The desorption efficiency ranged from 86.196 - 96.9 %, with 0.58 % - 5.5 % of the relative standard deviation. The air samples in the activated carbon tube were stable for at least 10 d. Conclusions The method has good precision and accuracy; and hence, it is suitable for si- multaneous determination of six kinds of halogenated hydrocarbons in the air of workplace.
