美国白蛾的危害及化学防治药剂的筛选 被引量:8

摘要 2008年保定市首次发现美国白蛾入侵危害,美国白蛾危害日趋严重,防治美国白蛾刻不容缓。本试验通过调查其主要危害的树种确定其寄主范围,室内测定几种作用机制不同化学药剂对美国白蛾致死率,为今后治理检疫美国白蛾提供理论依据。试验结果表明:苏云金杆菌和菊酯类药剂防治效果最好,致死率100%;活体生物类农药中,阿维菌素对美国白蛾的防治药效较差,5 000倍液第二天致死率仅为45%;生物代谢产物苦参碱,有较好的开发利用前途,致死率100%,但幼虫死亡时间长;有机磷药物药效也较好。 In 2008, Hlyphantria cunea was firstly discovered in Baoding City and seriously harm forest plant. Therefore, the prevention of Hlyphantria cunea is a urgent task. The study surveyed Hlyphantria cunea host range, tested lethality of some kinds of chemical a- gent to the pest in lab. The results showed bacillus thuringiensis pesticide and the chrysan- themum ester insecticide were the best with 100% lethality rate. Abamectin was lower, with 45% lethality of 5 000X of abamectin. Biological metabolite matrine had the best ppesticide effect, with 100% lethality rate, but larve died sowly. The efficacy of organophosphorus pesticide was good, but it harmed environment.
