摘要
目的:了解公务员自主神经系统功能活性,探讨心理健康问题与心率变异性的相关性。方法:以吉林省某省级直属机关参加健康体检的321名在职公务员为调查对象,采用问卷调查的方式,对焦虑、抑郁、工作倦怠等方面进行心理健康测评,同时,采用SUN-8800全自动多功能健康检测系统对心率变异性进行测评。结果:调查显示,74.5%的人总功率偏低,即整个自主神经系统的调节能力减弱;61.9%的人表现出自主神经系统调节失衡的状态;7.2%的人呈现出焦虑状态,交感神经活性较高;55.1%的人出现不同程度的工作倦怠,副交感神经活性较高、交感神经活性较低、均衡度向副交感神经兴奋偏移。结论:吉林省某省级直属机关公务员中普遍存在整体的自主神经功能活性减弱的现象,自主神经系统调节功能失衡问题严重,其中工作倦怠和焦虑情绪与心率变异性密切相关,应对公务员群体进行情绪管理,将心率变异性的测定纳入体验项目中,从而有针对性地改善该群体的自主神经系统功能活性,提高其身心健康水平和工作效率。
Objectives:To understand functional activeness of the autonomic nervous system and investigate the correlation between psychological health problems and heart rate variability. Methods :321 civil servants who had conducted health examination were investigated by questionnaire. There were three aspects about psychological health assessment, namely anxiety, depression, and job burnout survey. In the meanwhile, we conducted SUN - 8800 full - automatic and multi - functional health detecting system to determine heart rate variability. Results: There were 74. 5% people with lower TP and the autonomic nervous system adjustment ability weakened. 61.9% person led to unbalanced regulation in autonomic nervous system. With the emergence of anxiety, sympathetic nervous activity was higher;with the emergence of job burnout, parasympathetic nerve tension was higher, sympathetic nervous activity was lower, and it led balanced degree to the parasympathetic nerve excitement migration. Conclusion:The whole group of civil servants generally has autonomic function abatement,and the regulation of ANS function is unbalanced. Job burnout, anxiety and heart rate variability have significant correlation. It is necessary to pay attention to emotional management among civil servants group, and determine heart rate variability at the same time, to specifically improve autonomic function, the mental and physical health level and work efficiency of civil servants.
