摘要 广西壮族自治区某医学院校在临床专业硕士研究生的职业道德教育方面存在着实效性不高、教学方法不当、素质拓展范围狭窄、辅助教学载体匮乏等问题。究其原因,是该校对于临床专业硕士研究生的职业道德教育在思想、生活、环境等方面重视程度不够。为此,本文针对该校临床专业硕士研究生特点,提出其职业道德教育应将学校教育、社区实践、医院临床实习、礼仪训练相结合,从而为医学院校培养高素质的医学人才、缓解医患矛盾提供理论依据。 Professional ethics education of medical colleges full - time postgraduate is lacking efficiency, specifically in the improper teaching methods ,poor diathesis education content, the lack of auxiliary teaching carrier, etc. The reason is that professional ethics education in thought, real life and environment has not been paid attention to and specifically improved. The paper proposes that professional moral education should be integrated with school education, community internship, clinical practice in hospital and etiquette training, aiming to cultivate high - quality medical talents, and provides theoretical basis for alleviating the doctor - patient contradiction.
