摘要
目的比较四种不同种类金属基底——镍铬合金、含钛镍铬合金、镀金镍铬合金及金合金烤瓷修复体的临床应用效果。方法对该院2010年1月—2011年12月间进行金属烤瓷修复的240例患者进行研究。72例使用镍铬合金烤瓷共修复牙齿82件,57例患者使用含钛镍铬合金共修复牙齿65件,52例患者使用金合金共修复牙齿71件。49例患者使用镀金镍铬合金共修复牙齿60件。结果对240例患者的278件修复牙齿进行了检查。金合金修复体的颜色和边缘密合及烤瓷状况全部为优,牙龈情况中有1例为良,其他全部为优。含钛镍铬合金修复体的颜色有63件为优,边缘密合及烤瓷状况和牙龈情况中为优者分别为60和59。镍铬合金修复体的颜色有2例为差,牙龈情况有3例为差。镀金镍铬合金修复体的颜色有54件为优,边缘密合及烤瓷状况和牙龈情况中为优者分别为55和56。金合金修复组与其正常对照组的龈沟液分泌量相近,无统计性差异,而其他三组修复组与其正常对照组的龈沟液分泌量相差较大,具有统计学意义。结论在四种烤瓷修复体中,金合金烤瓷修复体性能最佳,镀金镍铬合金可显著改善镍铬合金的各项性能。
Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of the different porcelain-fused-to-metal crowns.Methods 240 patients who were treated with 4 different alloys of porcelain-fused-to-metal crowns Mianyang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2010 to December 2012 were investigated in this study.The 4 different alloys were Ni-Cr alloy,gilt Ni-Cr alloy,Ni-Cr alloy with titanium and gold alloys.Results All the patients were followed up for 1 year,most indexes of gold alloys being excellent.2 cases of the color and luster and 3 cases of the gum situation of the Ni-Cr alloy were bad.Gingival sulcus fluid of different metal base alloys were significantly different,while the repair group and normal control group of gold alloys group had no significant difference.Conclusion Different metal base alloys have different effects on the gingiva.And according to the effects on the gingiva,the gold alloys group shows better clinical efficacy than other groups with all index excellent.Gilt Ni-Cr alloy can significantly improve the characteristics of the Ni-Cr alloy.
