摘要
水钢轧钢厂通过对二高线控制轧制和控制冷却工艺的优化,提高了轧件在粗中轧轧制的变形速率,使轧件的再结晶程度得到稳定控制,同时降低了盘圈在风冷线上的冷却速度,解决了φ8.0mmHRB400盘螺屈服强度偏低而抗拉强度高的问题,降低了合金的使用量。
By optimizing thermal mechanical control process of No.2 high speed wire rod rolling line, speeding'up deformation of rolling piece in rough and middle rolling passes, steadily controlling recrystallization of rolling piece, and slowing down cooling of φ8.0mm HRB400 coiled screw thread bar in wind cooling line, Shuigang's rolling plant solved the problem of low yield strength and high tensile strength of the bar and reduced consumption of alloy.
