摘要
基于农产品质量与安全的形势。我校率先建立了农产品质量与安全专业。本文对我校农产品质量与安全专业近年来的建设情况进行了总结，包括专业设置背景、建设目标、建设思路、培养方案、师资建设、课程建设、教学改革及教学管理等方面。并提出了进一步加强专业建设的工作思路。
Based on the situation of agricultural products quality and safety, Guizhou University firstly has established qual- ity and safety of agricultural product specialty. The construction situation of quality and safety of agricultural product specialty in recent years is summarized, including specialty setup background, building goals and idea, training plan, construction of teaching staff, curriculum construction, teaching reform and teaching management etc. Put forward some ideas of strengthening specialty construction.
