摘要
在碱性介质中,阿奇霉素对luminol-KIO4化学发光体系有显著的抑制作用.基于此,提出了一种流动注射化学发光测定阿奇霉素的新方法.对检测条件进行了优化.样品检测速率为109个/h.在优化条件下,阿奇霉素的线性范围为3.0×10-8~9.0×10-6mol/L,相关系数r=0.994,检出限(RSN=3)为1.6×10-8mol/L.对3.0×10-7mol/L的阿奇霉素溶液进行11次平行测定,其RSD为3.8%.将提出的方法成功应用于阿奇霉素胶囊中阿奇霉素含量的测定.
A new and rapid method for determination of azithromycin by flow-injection coupled with chemiluminescence detection was developed,which based on azithromycin inhibiting effect on chemiluminescence system of luminolKIO4 in alkaline solution.The running conditions of FI-CL system were investigated.And the sampling detecting rate was about 109 samples / h.Under the optimum conditions,linearity for azithromycin was found in the range of 3.0 × 10-8 ~ 9.0 × 10-6mol / L with the detection limit(RSN = 3) of 1.6 × 10-8 mol / L.The relative standard deviation(RSD) was found to be 3.8 % for 11 replicate determinations of 3.0 × 10-7 mol / L azithromycin.The proposed method has been applied for the determination of azithromycin in azithromycin capsule.
