摘要
教育教学改革不仅要研究改革的内容，还要研究改革的实施过程。教育教学研究与改革课题从立项到研究成果的推广，都离不开过程管理这一重要因素的制约。本文以新疆医科大学教育教学课题为例，以加强教育教学研究与改革课题过程管理为立足点，分析教育教学课题研究中存在的问题和原因，并提出了对策，以提高课题研究的质量。
The reform of education and teaching should not only study the content of the reform, but also study the implementation process of it. It cannot do without the important factor of the process management from set up the project to the achievements promotion in the project of the education research and reform. In this article, taking the Xinjiang Medical University for example, based on the process management, the problems and the reasons were analyzed, and some measures were put forward to improve the quality of projects.
