摘要
从信息技术与工程技术的角度,系统地分析了输变电工程各阶段信息化应用重点及数字化技术应用情况,提出了电网信息模型(grid information model,GIM)概念,并建议建立以GIM为基础的智能电网信息模型共享平台,推进"信息流和业务流"的融合。
Systematic analysis of the information application keys and the applications of digital technology were carded out for various stages of power transmission and transformation projects, from the perspectives of information technology and engineering technology. The concept of grid information model (GIM) was proposed and the sharing platform of smart grid information based on GIM was established to promote the integration of the "information flow and business flow" .
