摘要
目的了解乳腺癌患者配偶照顾负担现状及影响因素。方法对243例乳腺癌患者配偶照顾者采用照顾负担量表(ZBI)、社会支持量表(SSRS)进行调查,对患者采用安德森症状量表(MDSAI-C)进行调查。结果配偶照顾负担总分为(33.99±14.28)分,为中度负担水平。影响因素为配偶生活应激事件、主观支持、睡眠时间、患者症状严重程度和肿瘤分期、家庭人均月收入。结论乳腺癌患者配偶存在中度照顾负担,护理人员应通过同步评估患者与配偶,了解配偶的照顾负担,主动给予配偶照顾者针对性的护理服务,从而减轻其照顾负担,提高其生活质量。
Objective To investigate the level and influencing factors of spouse caregiver burden of women with breast cancer. Methods Totally 243 spouses of women with breast cancer were investigated with Zarit Burden Interview （ZBI） and Social Support Rating Scale （SSRS）. The patients were investigated with M.D. Anderson Symptom Inventory（MDAS[-C）. Results The spouse caregiver burden was in the middle level with a total score of 33.99±14.28. The influencing factors were life stress events ,subjective support,daily sleep time of spouses ,the symptom severity and cancer stage of patients and monthly family income. Conclusion The spouse earegivers of women with breast cancer suffer from middle level of burden. Nurses should assess the earegiver burden and provide targeted interventions to relieve spouse caregiver burden and promote their quality of life.
