摘要
为研究废橡胶粒径、废橡胶取代率及再生混凝土取代率对混凝土抗压性能的影响,制备了多组不同废橡胶粒径、不同废橡胶取代率(0、5%、10%、15%)、不同再生混凝土取代率(20%、30%)的试件。试验结果表明:废橡胶再生混凝土的立方体抗压强度及轴心抗压强度与废橡胶或再生混凝土取代率关系明显,随取代率的增加而降低,最大降幅分别为45%和40.8%;与废橡胶粒径关系不明显,但粒径对轴心抗压强度的影响略大于对立方体抗压强度的影响。验证了统计公式的可行性并通过对试验数据的统计回归,给出了废橡胶再生混凝土立方体抗压强度与轴心抗压强度之间关系的推荐公式。
Based on the experiments of cube specimens of different waste rubber diameter、different waste rubber replacement rate(0,5%,10%,15%)and different waste rubber replacement rate(0,5%,10%,15%),the influence on the compressive performance were studied.The results showed that the relationship between cubic and axial compressive strength of recycled concrete with rubber and the replacement rate of waste rubber,recycled concrete were obvious,and the compressive strength of concrete increased when the rate of replacement increased,the maximum reduction was 46% and 41.7%;the relationship between the compressive strength of recycled concrete with rubber and the diameter of waste rubber was less obvious,but the diameter of waste rubber had little larger influence on axial compressive strength.Statistical formula's feasibility was tested,and based on the data regression,the relationship between the cubic compressive strength and axial compressive strength of recycled concrete with rubber was established.
