摘要
利用优质筛管适度防砂,可改善储层物性,防止防砂层堵塞,提高产能。使用自行研制的出砂模拟实验装置,测定了不同类型筛管在不同防砂精度条件下的流量、压降、油中含砂量(出砂量)等参数,分析了筛管堵塞机理,以及金属棉优质筛管防砂参数对生产压差的影响规律。研究结果表明:生产过程中油井间歇性出砂时,金属棉过滤介质能够在外力作用下发生位移变形,表面形成的低渗砂层也会发生变化,堵塞状态会受到一定程度的破坏;所以抗堵塞能力优于其他类型的优质筛管。相同挡砂精度条件下,金属棉优质筛管的堵塞压力比其他类型优质筛管低70%左右。
In order to increase productivity,high-quality sand screen pipe can be used to improve reservoir properties and prevent sand plug.The flow rate,pressure drop,sand production volume and other parameters of different types of sand screen pipe under different sand screen have been determined accurately using self-developed sand simulation equipment.The mechanism of sand screen pipe blockage has been analyzed,as well as the effect of sand screen pipe parameters on the producing pressure drop.The results show that the filtering medium of metallic cotton can displace and deform under the action of external force and the low permeability sand layer formed on the surface can also change.The blockage state can be affected by a certain degree of damage.The metallic cotton sand screen pipe obeys the intermittent sand production law with its anti-blockage ability superior to other types of sand screen pipe,and the metallic cotton sand screen pipe is 70% lower than other types of pipe in blockage pressure under the same sand screen accuracy.
