摘要
改革开放30多年来,民营企业在我国经济建设中发挥着不可替代的重要作用。当前,民营企业正处于转型升级关键时期,积极解决转型升级中遇到的各种问题是摆在企业和政府面前的重要课题。本文将分析民营企业转型升级中存在的主要问题并提出政策建议。
More than 30 years of China＇s reform and opening up, private economy plays an irreplaceable role in China＇s economy. Currently, it is important for private enterprises and government to deal with the problems and speed up the process of transformation and upgrading. This paper will analyze existing main problems, and then put forward proposals.
