摘要 在基于通用检测平台的装备测试中,测试适配器是激励信号与测试信号传递的桥梁,完成信号的连接、分配和变换等功能;对测试适配器的硬件和软件设计技术进行了研究,包括适配器UUT接口设计、信号调理电路设计和基于XML的软件设计;结合装备测试任务,利用LabWindows CVI设计测试面板,编写测试程序,对工作频率为90Hz和工作电流为2A的某装备信号进行测试,通过调试验证了适配器设计方法的可行性和实用性。 In equipment testing based on universal detection platform, test adapter is a brige of test and excitation signal transmission, complete the function such as connectivity, allocation and transform etc. Research of test adapter hardware and software design technologh includes test adapter UUT interface, signal conditioning circuit design and software design based on XML. Aiming at equipment test task, designing test panel in LabWindows CVI, writing test program. The feasibility and practicality of test adapter design is verified through de- bugging.
