摘要
针对现存的室内甲醛检测系统对低浓度强干扰的工作环境下,检测方法不够准确,甲醛含量测量误差大的问题,提出一种基于C8051F020单片机配合气敏传感器的室内甲醛污染仿生鼻检测系统的设计方法;硬件设计采用核心C8051F020芯片作为信号处理终端,配合使用两电极扩散型甲醛传感器对室内甲醛的含量进行检测,配合补偿电路对信号分析数据挖掘。软件设计中直接读出室内甲醛的含量数据,运用条件概率的软件设计方法,克服传统的化学方法人工痕迹较重,测量精度不高的缺陷。实验结果证明,该系统能在不同的不同大小的室内对甲醛含量进行准确、全面的测量,精度达到87%。
According to indoor formaldehyde concentration is too low, outside interference is heavy, conventional chemical testing method was not accurate enough, proposed a large--scale gas sensor indoor formaldehyde pollution detection system design method. Use two elec- trodes diffusion type formaldehyde sensors to detect the indoor formaldehyde content with embedded signal analysis software design method, the content of indoor formaldehyde read out directly data, overcome the disadvantage of traditional chemical method. The experimental re- suits show that this system can in different sizes of indoor formaldehyde content to the accurate, comprehensive measurement, the accuracy is reached 87%.
