摘要
鉴于心电监护产品的现状以及嵌入式平台的优势,提出一种基于WinCE操作系统的心电实时显示分析系统的设计。系统能够在实时监护过程中同步识别出每个心电周期并进行相应处理。首先介绍了系统的组成,接着提出了软件部分的设计方法。在第三部分数据分析算法中阐述了数据预处理阶段中值滤波器和平滑滤波器的设计,差分斜率算法识别QRS波群的过程。最后使用BioSim-12型心电信号发生器产生各种类型的心电信号,测试系统的工作性能,经过测试系统运行稳定,信号的检出准确率达96%以上。
Based on the present situation of ECG monitors and the advantage of embedded platform, a design of portable ECG Monitor and Analysis System (M&A) based on embedded WinCE operating system is proposed. The M&A system can monitor ECG and recognize every heart beat period at the same time. Firstly, constitution of the M&A system is introduced, and the design of the software is proposed, secondly. Thirdly, data analysis algorithm mainly tells filter design of median filter and smoothing filter during data preprocessing and using differential gradient to recognize QRS wave group. At Last, BioSim-12 ECG signal generator is used to generate different ECG signals to test performance of the M&A system. The M&A system runs well during the test and the ECG detection rate is above 96 percent.
