MMP-9在下肢静脉曲张患者血清中的表达及意义

摘要 目的探讨下肢静脉曲张患者血清中基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)的表达及临床意义。方法选取46例下肢静脉曲张患者大隐静脉为观察组,46例正常大隐静脉为对照组,应用免疫吸附法检测其血清中MMP-9含量。采用SPSS13.0统计软件进行组间比较方差分析,以均数±标准差表示,分析是否有差异性。结果 MMP-9在下肢静脉曲张患者大隐静脉中的表达显著高于正常对照组(P<0.05),差异具统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论下肢静脉曲张患者血清中MMP-9的高表达可作为患者病情评估的一个重要指标。。
