摘要
目的 探讨改良式抛锚式教学在精神病护理学见习教学中的现实可行性和实践价值.方法 选择中山大学护理学院护理学专业30名本科见习生为研究对象,实施改良式抛锚式教学,以真实的案例代替影像技术,同时借助文字或口述资料呈现问题情景,通过分组实践、集中讨论、师生层层“抛锚”,有步骤、有层次地开展教学活动.结果 在问题驱动下,学生的学习动机被激发、学习热情高涨,“自主学习”和“协作学习”的风气初步形成,知识传授以及能力培养的教学目标得以实现.结论 改良式抛锚式教学应用于精神病护理学见习中是可行的而且有益的.
Objective To explore the feasibility and practical value of revised anchored instruction in clinical practice teaching of psychiatric nursing.Methods Revised anchored instruction was introduced to the clinical practice teaching of psychiatric nursing among 30 senior nursing students from Nursing School of SUN Yat-sen University.Authentic cases along with literal or oral materials,instead of videodisc,were used to present question-embedded situations,clinical practice was organized in small subgroups,discussion was performed all together,anchors' were casted by both teachers and students.Results With the driving of questions,all the students were well motivated and fully devoted to studying with high enthusiasm,autonomic and collaborative learning were advocated and formed.Knowledge imparting and capability fostering were achieved.Conclusions Application of revised anchored instruction in the clinical practice teaching of psychiatric nursing is feasible and valuable.
