摘要 目的 检测光化学诱导大鼠局灶脑缺血后 MRI改变。方法 给大鼠尾静脉注射孟加拉玫瑰红 ,经颅骨用黄色激光连续光束照射 ,T2 WI检测。结果  1小时内即发现了缺血灶 ,图像清晰 ,部位明确。结论  T2 WI是一种确定脑缺血早期改变的敏感的检测方法。 Objective To examine the imaging changes of brain follwing local cerebral ischemia induced by photochemistry in the rat.Methods Rose bengal was injected through the tain vein.The brain was irradiated with yellow laser light through the intact skull.Magnetic resonance T 2WI was examined.Results Ischemic focus in brain was found within 1h after irradiation.The images and positions were clear.Conclusion T 2WI was a sensitive method to detect the early changes in brain ischemia.
