摘要
在卫生部国外贷款办公室设计并牵头实施的改善生育卫生服务项目(RHIP)中,男性在生育卫生服务中的参与是一项重要的探索性项目活动。回顾了男性参与生育卫生服务的概念,并阐述了其必要性和重要意义。基于RHIP调研所获丰富信息,阐述了在RHIP项目中促进男性参与生育卫生服务的可行性及切入点。
Encouragement of male' s responsibility and participation in reproductive health is one of the creative project activities in the reproductive health improvement project (RHIP) .initiated by Foreign Loan Office of the China Ministry of Health ( MoH) with a support by Ford Foundation. This paper begins with a review of the male' s responsibility and participation in reproductive health,followed by a discussion of its impacts. Based on the rich findings from a women's needs assessment as part of the RHIP, the authors analyzed the positive and potential factors to,as well as entry points for encouragement of male' s responsibility and participation in reproductive health.
