摘要
为了培养"卓越工程师",以无机非金属材料实验中心为例,对高校实验中心在人才培养中的作用和地位进行研究。在教学过程中,采用学生参与教改和科研训练项目等方式增加实践教学比例,师生互动,对学生进行综合素质训练和工程实践能力培养,达到了教学培养目标。
In order to train ＂excellent engineers＂, the experiment center of inorganic nonmetallic mate- rials is taken as an example, the function and role of university experimental center in cultivating tal- ents are discussed. During the teaching process, the students participating in teaching reform and re- search is adopted to increase the proportion of practice teaching, the students＂ comprehensive quality and ability are improved, and the teaching objective has been acheived.
