摘要
目的探讨先天缺陷重点干预对策。方法对永靖县出生缺陷干预工程实施前后,孕28周以上出生新生儿(包括活产、死胎和死产)先天缺陷发生率及构成情况进行对比分析。结果永靖县围产儿先天缺陷发生率明显下降,各类先天缺陷的发生率均有不同程度降低,先天性心脏病的顺位明显前移。结论先天性心脏病已经成为影响永靖县新生儿健康的主要问题。建议进一步加强优生优育教育,推广引用新技术,做好产前筛查及产前诊断,减少先天缺陷儿的出生。
OBJECTIVE To explore the key interventions of congenital defects. METHODS Compare with the birth defects incidence and constituent ratio of infant（including live birth, fetal death and stillbirth） between baseline survey and terminal survey in Yongjing. RESULTS The congenital defects incidence of perinatal infants was decreased. The congenital defects＇ sequences of occurrences and composition ratio in baseline survey were different from the terminal survey. The ranking of congenital heart disease has moved forward. CONCLUSION Congenital heart disease has become the main problem. In order to reduce congenital defects, it need to strengthen the education of prepotency, extend new technology, do the antenatal examination and antenatal diagnosis well and reduce the congenital birth defect.
