摘要
目的 探讨胃肠道恶性肿瘤及其周围边组织中c -mycmRNA表达与手术切缘的安全性关系。方法 用RT -PCR方法检测了 12例胃癌和 16例肠癌标本肿瘤中心及周边组织中c-mycmRNA的表达。结果 肿瘤的各种分型与各个分期c -mycmRNA的表达无显著性差异。肿瘤周边组织中 ,距肿瘤边缘 4cm处c -mycmRNA表达率显著下降 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,距肿瘤边缘 5cm以远表达率为 0。结论 根据c -mycmRNA表达 ,距肿瘤边缘
Objective To detect the expression of c-myc mRNA in the tumor center and tissues around the tumor of patients with gastrointestinal cancer, and explore the correlation between c-myc mRNA and the security of tumor surgical margins. Methods Detected the expression of c-myc mRNA in tumor center and peripheral tissues every 1cm away from the center of 12 gastric carcionmas and 16 rectal carcinomas samples with RT-PCR method. Results There were no significant differences of c-myc mRNA expression among the clinical grades or pathological types of cancers. In peripheral tissues 4cm away from tumor centers, the expressive rate was significantly decreased (P<0.05), and could not be detected in 5cm or farther away. Conclusion It suggested that 5cm away from tumor center could be defined as secure molecular margin.
