煤炭企业因环境艰苦、管理粗放以及安全顾虑等不利因素导致人才流失现象严重,做好员工职业生涯规划在人员稳定和可持续发展中发挥着越来越重要的作用。人力资源管理部门可通过搞好制度建设、当好职业导师、做好培训管理工作等途径,积极引导员工做好自身的职业生涯规划、畅通员工职业生涯渠道及完善员工职业生涯规划,从而调动员工为煤炭企业服务的积极性,进而形成企业发展的强大推动力。
Because the talents in coal enterprises drain seriously caused by hard environment,extensive management,and security issues,etc,doing employees career planning plays an increasingly important role in the employees' stable and sustainable development.Through the construction of the system,being good mentors,completing the training management,etc,human resource management departments should guide employees to do their own career planning,open the channels of employees' career and perfect the staff career planning in order to arouse the enthusiasm of employees to serve for coal enterprises,and form a powerful impetus to the development of the enterprises.
