摘要
产品一旦进入实际使用阶段,其质量保持状况,功能发挥状况,能否通过以产品标准为依据、以产品检测为手段的现行产品质量评价体系进行评价呢?显然是不行的,即使勉强应用也是与法、与规相矛盾的,其评价结果也是经不起推敲、难以服众的。因为,现行产品质量评价体系的实施所依据的产品标准都是建立在新(使用之前)产品基础之上的。是否需要对在用产品的质量进行跟踪评价?如何对在用产品质量进行跟踪评价?是否需要建立一套评价体系来实施在用产品质量的跟踪评价?本文仅依托家电行业及其消费者的需求,对在用产品质量跟踪评价的必要性等相关问题进行论述,就建立"在用产品质量跟踪评价体系"提出自己的设想。
