摘要
目的 :研究转化生长因子 α(TGFα)及其受体表皮生长因子受体 (EGFR)在鼻息肉组织中的表达情况及与增殖细胞核抗原 (PCNA)表达的关系。方法 :应用免疫组织化学技术检测 2 0例鼻息肉组织中 TGFα、EGFR和 PCNA的表达及分布情况。结果 :鼻息肉组织中上皮细胞、腺上皮细胞及炎性细胞 TGFα、EGFR和 PCNA高表达 ,且上皮细胞、腺上皮细胞 TGFα、EGFR的表达与 PCNA的表达呈显著正相关。结论 :TGFα可能通过促进上皮细胞、腺上皮细胞的增殖而促进鼻息肉的形成和发展。
Objective:To assess the possible role of expression of TGFα and EGFR in nasal polyps and its relationship with PCNA labeling index. Method: Specimens from 20 patients of nasal polyps were studied with immunohistochemical technique.Result: The expression of TGFα,EGFR and PCNA were increased in the epithelium, gland cells and inflammatory cells of nasal polyps. There was a close correlation between the intensities of TGFα,EGFR and PCNA.Conclusion: TGFα may play a key role in epithelial cell proliferation in nasal polyps.
