有机相中脂肪酶催化合成黄酮酯类研究进展 被引量:2

The Research Progress of Lipase-catalyzed Synthesis of Flavonoid Esters in Organic Medium

摘要 黄酮类化合物具有良好的抗氧化性,但它们多以糖苷的形式存在,多羟基及糖基结构使其具有一定的亲水性,影响抗氧化性和其在脂溶性环境中的溶解度。选择性酰化黄酮类化合物与不同的脂肪酸或芳香族氨基酸合成酯类可以改变其亲水/疏水平衡,并且能引入各种有益的性能。综述了近几年有机相中脂肪酶催化合成黄酮酯类的研究进展。 Flavonoids are good antioxidants, but they exist mostly in the form of glueosides, rl'he polyhy droxy and gluscosyl structure makes than hydrophilic, which affects their antioxidant activity and solubili ty in lipophilic environments. Selectively acylating flavonoids with different aliphatic or aromatic acids may not only improve its hydrophilic / hydrophobic balance, but also introduce various beneficial properties to the maternal compound. The research progress of lipasecatalyzed synthesis of flavonoid esters in organic medium in recent years was summarized.
