摘要 为了满足工艺过程的要求,压力容器必须开孔接管,从而使开孔接管区的应力状态非常复杂,成为压力容器的高应力区之一。论文采用ANSYS Workbench软件对压力容器筒体上正交接管和切向接管的应力进行了分析比较。结果表明:筒体上正交开孔接管的最大应力强度比切向相同内径的开孔接管的要小。 Due to the technology process requirements, pressure vessel was always in need of opening apertures and installing tubes, which would result in highly complex stress state at the opening tubing connection, and became one of the high stress area on pressure vessel. The stress on the opening tubing connection between orthogonal tube and tangential tube was analyzed and compared by utilizing ANSYS Workbench software. Results indicated that the maximum stress in- tensity of orthogonal opening tubing connection was smaller than that of the tangential opening tubing connection.
