中国女性卵泡刺激素受体基因多态性与卵巢过度刺激综合征的研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨中国汉族人群中FSHR基因307位点和680位点多态性分布与使用卵泡刺激素治疗后产生OHSS反应的关系。方法采用PCR-RFLP,对471例中国汉族人群307位点和680位点的多态性进行分析。结果发生OHSS不良反应人群中307位点TT、TA和AA基因型频率分别为52.73%、40.00%和7.27%,680位点NN、NS和SS基因型频率分别为58.18%、36.36%和5.46%。汉族人群中307位点和680位点基因多态性分布与OHSS发生无统计学意义。结论 FSHR基因307和680位点基因多态性的分布与使用卵泡刺激素后产生OHSS不良反应的关系呈现一定趋势,AA、SS基因型患者OHSS发生率分别相对于其他两组均较低,但无统计学意义。 To evaluate the association of Follicle-stimulating hormone receptor polymorphism(Thr307Ala and Asn680Ser) and ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome in Chinese women.【Methods】471 Chinese women from southern China were recruited in an assisted reproductive technology program.The polymorphisms at position 307 and 680 were detected with Polymerase chain reaction,restriction fragment-length polymorphism,and analyzed the distribution of the different genotype at position 307 and 680 in OHSS patients,respectively.【Results】 The frequency of polymorphism at position 307 in OHSS patients was 52.73%,40.00% and 7.27% for TT,TA,and AA,respectively,whereas at position 680,it was 58.18%,36.36% and 5.46% for NN,NS,and SS,respectively.Multinomial logistic regression analysis revealed that there is not significant association between the occurrence of OHSS and the genotypic results at position 680 and 307.【Conclusions】The frequency distribution of Follicle stimulating hormone receptor gene polymorphism(Thr307Ala and Asn680Ser) has not significant association with ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome in Chinese women.While present study showed an opposite trend with previous study,women with AA and SS have decreased risk of OHSS.
