摘要
将中共二大至六大党章置于党章发展的整个历程、党章自身内外结构的整个系统以及中共当时所处的整个国内外环境中加以考察,二大至六大党章前面没有纲领,只是暂时的特殊现象。这五部党章前面虽然没有纲领,但纲领一直以不同方式存在并曲折发展;造成这种情况的原因,主要是受共产国际和联共(布)的影响,并非中共处于幼年和不成熟。
Putting Party Constitutions of the CPC＇ s 2nd and 6th National Party Congress into the whole develop- ment process of Party Constitution development, the whole system of Party Constitution＇s inside and outside struc- tures itself and the CPC＇ s domestic and international environment at that time, all of those showed Party Constitu- tions of the CPC＇ s 2nd and 6th National Party Congress without porgramme was only an temporary particular phe- nomenon. Although no programme in those five party constitutions, party programme had been presented in differ- ent ways and experienced a tortuous development. The reason for this situation was mainly from the influence of Comintern and Bolshevik, but not because the CPC was in its infancy and immature.
