摘要
厨余垃圾处理系统为厨余垃圾资源化处理提供有效的场所。本文基于微生物发酵原理,采用固液分离、烘干、粉碎、发酵等工艺,及可编程逻辑控制器PLC控制,设计了一种新型厨余垃圾自动处理系统,实现厨余垃圾的资源化处理。测试结果表明:该系统处理效率较高,厨余垃圾最终生成乳酸及优质饲料,完成对厨余垃圾的回收再利用。
