摘要
介绍了四缸发动机曲轴铁型覆砂铸造工艺的生产过程,确定了造型、熔化、球化、浇注及清理等工艺参数,明确了各生产环节的关键质量控制要素。采用投入成本低的铁型覆砂工艺,可生产出表面光洁、尺寸精确、性能优良,且能满足客户要求的铸件。
The casting process of metal mold with sand liner for four-cylinder engine crankshaft was introduced. The technological parameters, including molding, melting, spheroidizing, pouring and cleaning, were determined. The quality controlling factors through each production process were clarified. By using the metal mold with sand liner process in lower cost, the castings with smooth surface, accurate size and high performance are produced to meet the customer requirements.
