摘要
目的了解某院升白细胞药物使用情况,分析和评价其合理性。方法采用回顾性研究方法,统计本院2009-06～2012-06间升白细胞药物的使用数据并进行分析。结果近3年本院升白细胞药物的用药频度整体呈下降趋势,3年间位居升白细胞药物使用频率前3位的品种均为鲨肝醇、十一味参芪丸和肌苷氯化钠注射液。化学口服升白细胞药和注射类升白细胞药的使用频率降低,中成药口服升白细胞药的使用频率大幅上升。结论本院对升白细胞药物的选择符合其药理特点,升白细胞药物的使用基本合理。
Objective To understand the drug usage Of leucocyte increasing drugs, and to evaluate its rationality in a hospital. Methods The retrospective research method was adopted to analyze the drug application data for leucocyte increasing drugs that used in the hospital from June 2009 to June 2012. Results In the 3 years, the Defined Daily Doses （DDDS） in the hospital was declined in the whole. The top 3 kinds of leucocyte increasing drugs were batyl alcohol, 11 Shenqi tablets, and inosine sodium chloride injection. The application of chemical oral liquid and medical injection was reduced, while the usage of traditional Chinese medicine oral liquid was increased sharply. Conclusion The choose of leucocyte increasing drugs is comply with its pharmacological characteristics, and its application is basically reasonable in the hospital.
