摘要
医患关系是影响我国卫生事业发展的关键因素之一,如何构建和谐医患关系成为当前亟待解决的问题。本文总结了医患沟通存在的主要障碍,分析了影响医患沟通的因素,对加强医患沟通、构建和谐医患关系的方法与途径进行了探讨。
