摘要
为激发中职旅游酒店等专业学生学习酒店英语的兴趣，提高教学实效从而达到学以致用，从酒店英语的教学内容目标出发。通过研究任务型教学的特点，提出在酒店英语教学中实施任务型教学的基本策略，并对任务型教学在酒店英语教学中的应用进行总结和反思。
To stimulate the interests of secondary vocational tourist hotel majors＇ students in learning hotel English and im- prove the teaching effectiveness so as to achieve the aim of applying the knowledge they have acquired, the paper starts with the objectives of teaching contents of hotel English to study the features of task-hased teaching and puts forward some basic strategies to implement the task-based teaching in the teaching of hotel English. Finally, it makes a summary and reflection on the teaching mode＇s application in hotel English teaching.
