摘要
目的考察专利设备炮制地黄的最佳时间,并对成品进行质量分析。方法采用专利设备对地黄进行炮制,以还原糖含量为指标选取最佳炮制时间,通过测定样品中的毛蕊花糖苷含量对其进行质量分析,通过新旧工艺的对比体现新工艺的优越性。结果采用专利设备蒸制地黄最佳工艺时间为32 h,此时还原糖含量最高为62.60%。毛蕊花糖苷含量为0.022 3%。结论采用专利设备进行熟地黄的炮制,成品质量符合要求,且用时少,成本低,此专利可用于熟地黄的炮制工艺改进。
Objective To examinethe best time for the patent equipment to process rehmannia glutinosa,and to analyze thequality of finished product.Methods Use the patent equipment for processing rehmanniaglutinosa.Usereducing sugar contentas an indicatortoselect the bestprocessingtime;measure theVerbascosidecontent in the sample for qualityanalysis,reflect thesuperiorityofthenewtechnologythroughthecontrastto theold one.Results The best processingtime of rehmanniaglutinosa is 32 h,when the reducing sugar content reaches the highest of about 62.60%.Verbascoside content is 0.0223% in the finished products.Conclusion Processrehmanniaglutinosa by the patent equipment,of which the finished products' quality meetsthe requirements,and cost less time and money,the patent equipment can be used for the technology improvement of the rehmannia glutinosa.
