贮藏方法和时间对甜高粱秸秆糖分及酶活性的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Different Storage Methods and Storage Time on the Sugar Content and Enzyme Activities in Sweet Sorghum Stems

摘要 为进一步了解贮藏期甜高粱秸秆糖代谢、蔗糖降解酶活性的变化及其相关性,以新高粱3号(XT-2)和新高粱4号(XT-4)为试验材料,在去叶立放和带叶立放堆放下进行贮藏试验。结果表明:贮藏至第180天时,去叶立放贮存秸秆总糖含量高于带叶立放贮存,总糖含量大小顺序依次为:XT-2去叶立放>XT-4去叶立放>XT-4带叶立放>XT-2带叶立放贮存,总糖累计分别为5%、13%、11%、2%。两个品种在不同贮藏方式下秸秆蔗糖磷酸合成酶(SPS)活性与蔗糖含量的相关性都不显著(P>0.05),XT-4在两个不同贮藏方式下蔗糖合成酶(SS)活性和蔗糖含量的相关性也不显著,而XT-2秸秆SS酶活性与蔗糖含量相关性显著。长期贮藏过程中不同贮藏方式对甜高粱秸秆糖分含量有很大的影响,不同贮藏方式秸秆总糖含量差异明显,去叶立放贮存工序简单、成本低廉,有利于秸秆总糖含量的保持,适合于温度较低且干燥的地区。 To understand the glycometabolism,changing character of sucrose digestive enzyme activity in sweet Sorghum stem and correlation between them,storage experiments were conducted with two cultivars,New sorghum No.3(XT-2) New sorghum No.4(XT-4) under two storage methods,upright with leaves and without leaves.The results indicated that total sugar contents in stems stored without leaves were higher than stored with leaves after 180 days storage.The declining order of total sugar contents in stems was XT-2 upright without leavesXT-4 upright without leavesXT-4 upright with leavesXT-2 upright with leaves,and total sugar accumulation rate was 5%,13%,11%,2%,respectively.The correlation between the sucrose contents and SPS activities of two cultivars in different storage methods were insignificant(P0.05),and there was no significant correlation between the sucrose contents and SS hydrolysis activity in XT-4,but the correlation between the sucrose contents and SS hydrolysis activity of XT-2 in different storage methods was significant.The long storage time and storage methods influenced much on the total sugar contents in stalk.The total sugar contents in different storage conditions were significantly different.The condition stored without leaves was propitious to keep the total sugar contents,suitable for cold arid region,simple and low-cost.
