摘要
以水稻品种淦鑫203的孕穗期叶片为试验材料,研究了在低温处理当天、处理后恢复生长2 d和处理后恢复生长4 d的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)活性以及细胞膜透性的变化。结果表明:在遭受低温胁迫后3种保护酶的活性均增加,且电导率升高;低温胁迫对淦鑫203影响较大。
The booting stage leaves of rice variety Ganxin 203 were used to study the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT) and peroxidase (POD), and the change of their cell membrane permeability on the 0th day, 2nd day and 4th day after low temperature treatment .The results showed that the activities of these three protective enzymes and the relative con -ductivity increased after low temperature stress .The effect of low temperature stress on Ganxin 203 was great.
