摘要
中国的基本国情决定了耕地保护应实施数量与质量并重管理,需要根据农用地分等规程,利用先进的技术方法和手段构建耕地质量等级监测体系。通过对浙江省慈溪市研究区内196个样点布设,动态监测和评价土地复垦开发新增耕地的数量、质量等级和空间分布,分析自然质量等、利用等不同年份之间的变化情况。成果有助于系统提升耕地数量、质量并重管理能力,为耕地保护决策提供技术支持。
China pays equal attention to the management of the quantity and the quality of cultivated land.In accordance with the regulations for farmland classification,a quality monitoring system for cultivated land is constructed here by using advanced technical methods.Using 196 sample points in the research study area of Cixi city in Zhejiang province,dynamic monitoring and evaluation of the increased amount of newly cultivated land,of the quality levels,and of the spatial distribution of reclaimed land are used to analyze temporal changes in both the natural quality level and utilization.The research results are helpful not only for systematically improving the management of both the quantity and quality of cultivated land,but also for providing technical support for decisions regarding the protection of cultivated land.
