影响个性化推荐系统的用户采纳的因素 被引量:7

摘要 国内个性化推荐系统的应用日趋广泛,但也普遍存在用户对推荐系统不良感知和评价造成的滞后采纳或拒绝采纳,阻碍了推荐效果的发挥。为设计出更易被用户接受的个性化推荐系统,近10年来国外研究者基于传统用户采纳模型的实证工作,取得了一些成果,本文总结以往相关研究,从促进和抑制用户采纳意图的产生这两方面,归类分析影响用户采纳意图的重要因素,并指出当前研究中存在的问题以及未来可能的研究方向,以对以后的个性化推荐系统的设计开发、管理工作提供参考。
