摘要
基于DEA模型的分析,利用2005~2012年苹果生产的成本和收益面板数据,将中国6个苹果主产省作为决策单元,对近年来我国苹果产业的投入产出有效性进行了评价。结果表明,2005~2011年我国苹果产业的生产率实现了较大幅度的提高,其生产效率的提升主要源于技术进步的作用。在主产省中,陕西省的全要素生产效率值最高,且纯技术效率和规模效率都处于最优状态,其它省均存在规模不经济现象,山东省处于规模报酬递减阶段,山西、辽宁、河北及河南等省均处于规模报酬递增阶段。
Using a panel data of 2005-2012 apple production costs and benefits,the study evaluates the input-output effectiveness of apple industry in China based on DEA analysis.The results show that China's apple industry TFP dramatically increased during 2005-2011 due to the role of technological progress.Shaanxi Province has the highest value of TFP and the optimal state of pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency.There are diseconomies of scale in other provinces.Shandong province are in the stage of decreasing returns to scale and Shanxi,Liaoning,Hebei and Henan provinces are in the stage of increasing returns to scale.
