跨度对顶板稳定性影响的研究与控制

摘要 针对晋华宫矿11#层8703工作面皮带机头硐室跨度大、支护难的问题,采用理论分析和数值模拟等方法,研究了巷道跨度对顶板稳定性的影响,得到了巷道顶板挠度分布的函数式和顶板位移与跨度的关系式,发现最大挠度与巷道跨度的四次方成正比,硐室顶板最大位移为拓宽前2703巷的5.89倍。根据减跨理论和悬吊理论,设计了锚杆、锚索的支护参数,解决了大跨度巷道支护难的根本问题。工业性试验表明,硐室开挖支护稳定后,硐室两帮收敛量为32.0 mm,顶板下沉23.7 mm,底鼓18.4 mm,支护效果良好。 According to the problem of belt head chamber with large span and difficult support of 8703 face in No. 11 layer of Jinhuagong coal mine, by theoretical analysis and numerical simulation method, studied the effect of the roadway span on roof stability, get the function fi)rmula of roadway roof deflection distribution and relationship between the roof displacement and span, find that the maximum deflection is proportional to roadway span to the fourth power, the chamber roof's maximum displacement is 5.89 times of 2703 roadway before broadened. According to the reduction theory and suspension theory, design support parameters of bolt and anchor, solve the essential issues which lead to dif- ficulty to the head chamber with large span. Industrial test showed that after roadway broadened reach steady state, the convergence between two sides is 32.0 ram, roof sinking is 23.7 mm and floor heave is 18.4 mm , the support effeets are
