摘要
自2003年以来我国许多社区的"爱心超市"不断借政府之手开办而后接连衰落,普遍面临着歇业停滞的运营困境。通过广西玉林市北辰社区"爱心超市"运营成功机制的个案分析,从社区主体与"爱心超市"之间的良性互动,突显出社区整合的重要意义。"爱心超市"作为一种依靠社区力量征集物资的社区社会保障模式,其有效运营并不局限于运营管理模式本身,也无法单靠行政指令去支撑,而是取决于较高的社区整合程度。在社区整合中所形成的社区认同感、参与意识和凝聚力,是使"爱心超市"能够有机地融入社区并发挥保障作用的根本保证。
Many communities’s benevolence supermarkets built up with the help of the government since 2003 in China have been falling down constantly and most of them face stagnant operation.With the analysis of the successful operational mechanism of benevolence supermarket of Beichen community,Yulin City in Guangxi province,it can be found community the benign interaction between the benevolence supermarket and community members is significant.As a pattern of community social security that relies on community power,its effective operation does not rely on operating mode only,nor single administrative orders,but depends on high-level community integration.The community identity,participation and cohesion are the basic guarantees that make benevolence supermarket integrate into the community organically and exert its guarantee the function.
