基于多色集合的注塑模具的并行设计方法

摘要 利用多色集合建立了注塑产品的需求分析、结构设计及其模具设计的并行设计模型,在此基础上提出了一种基于多色集合理论的并行设计方法。以围道矩阵描述不同设计阶段的相互约束关系,以多色图实现各设计阶段的联动,并结合一个注塑产品实例说明了这种新方法的实现过程。 A concurrent design method based on the theory of polychromatic sets was presented, and the concurrent design model was set up with the polychromatic sets, considing the requirement analysis, product structural design and injection mold design. Constraint relationships between different design stages were described by contour matrix. The linkage between different design stages were revealed by the polychromatic graph. An example of a simple injection plastic product was researched to reveal the application and advantages of the presented method.
