摘要
目的:研究医院病案管理工作和医疗保险工作的相关性,并做出分析。方法:将近年来工作中存在的问题和中国知网(CNKI)中的相关文献资料进行汇总,对在医院病案管理措施方面的进步方向做出初探。结果:病案管理工作和医疗保险工作有着密不可分的联系,只有做好病案管理工作才能实现结算分类的准确性和费用核实的便利性。结论:病案质量的管理必须贯穿整个病案管理工作,以确保病案的准确性、时效性和真实性,更好的为医疗保险工作提供详实和可靠的资料,使医疗保险工作能顺利开展。
Objective：To make a correlation analysis on hospital medical records management and medical insurance.Methods：We summarized the related literature and existing problems in recent years from China National Knowledge Infrastructure （CNKI） and discussed the further direction of hospital medical record management measures.Results：Medical records management and medical insurance are close linked.Efficient medical record management can make realization that settlement classification and cost of verification accurately and expediently.Conclusion：Quality management must run through the whole procedure of medical record management.It can ensure the accuracy,timeliness and authenticity and provide detailed and reliable data for smooth medical insurance expansion.
