摘要
对山西省4个主栽的早实核桃品种进行叶内营养测定及坚果品质分析,并对其做简单的相关性分析,结果表明:(1)4个品种间核桃叶内营养元素的含量存在差异性,但变化规律是一致的;(2)辽宁1号果实的出仁率显著高于其它3个品种,中林1号果实中的脂肪含量最高,薄壳香果实中的蛋白质含量最高,各品种叶片中营养元素的含量依次为N>P>K>Ca>Mg>Zn;(3)同一品种的果实营养元素与叶片营养元素之间具显著相关性。
Nut quality and leaves nutritive elements of four main early-fruiting walnut varieties were investigated, and the correlation analyses among the determination data of different varieties were studied. The results show that (1) there were differences in nutritive element contents among four varieties, but the changing lows of them were consistent; (2) the seed kernel rate of Liaoning No.1 nuts was higher than that of other three varieties, the fat content of Zhonglin No. 1 nuts was the highest, the protein content of Bokexiang nuts was the highest, the nutritive element contentsin four different leaves ordered from high to low as followings: N 3〉 p 〉 K〉 〉 Ca 〉 Mg 〉 Zn; (3) there was significant correlation between the nut qualities and leaf nutritive elements of the same species.
