摘要
根据设备特点,针对复杂程度不同的石膏型,采用新的精确测温技术,经过多炉次试验验证,得出适宜的石膏型焙烧工艺并生产出合格铸件。实践证明,用该方法生产的复杂薄壁铝合金铸件,能够满足技术要求。
Aiming at the characteristics of the equipment and different complexity of gypsum mould, after multi-cycles furnace experimental verification, the new gypsum baking process was obtained by using new and accurate temperature measurement technology. According to the new baking process, the qualified casting is produced. The results show that the complicated and precise A1 alloy castings produced by the process can satisfy the technical requirement.
